When will you ship my order?

If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 3 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically, delivery takes 15-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Does the parcel need freight？

We offer free shipping on all packages.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Do you provide tracking information?
